1. Any document signed in accordance with the following authorizations by the position holders or persons responsible for the following duties, or, as the case may be, by persons authorized to perform the duties of those persons on an interim basis, is binding on the Société des établissements de plein air du Québec and may be attributed to it as though it had been signed by the president and chief executive officer of the Société.
